Thanks Dam, yes that is what I meant. I have no intention of trying to fly my Mavic inside :) I just want to launch it from my driveway and I have some nice large windows that overlook a big field and mountains that I can fly around while sitting in a comfy chair in my warm house.

@devinrhall if your aching to fly now you could buy a used phantom 4 off ebay then sell it when your mavic arrives. Probably could sell it for about what you paid, just dont crash it :)

lol dont give me any good ideas! I'm wondering because it's going to get quite cold here in Utah soon and envision launching the drone from my drive way then going inside and flying from the warmth and comfort of my sofa looking out the window :)

I agree with wolvie, you are preaching to the choir here. If you're upset with DJI cancel your order. By why come here ranting to people who like the mavic and are fine waiting for their orders?

It says November ship date, doesn't look like evidence that Apple got all of the Mavic's. I think Apple is in the same boat as everyone else.
