I wear bifocals and they work fine with mine. I wouldn't say they are comfortable but they aren't so uncomfortable that I can't get thru an hours worth of flying with them. I definitely will be looking for a smaller pair of cheaters to wear with them.

A mini map would be very nice. I often use it to head back to where I started.

Well the Mavic survived the trip. Unfortunately when we got up top the weather rolled in and it was snowing heavy and the light was really flat so I didn't get a chance to fly. :(. Tons of snow though. :)

Mine will be in my bag strapped to the back of the sled or in my backpack which will hold it in its original packaging. Either way I think I will need a few hot pockets.

Hi Guys. I'll be heading to Valemount BC Friday to Do some sledding. I would like to take my Mavic with me and am wondering if anyone has any experiences taking their Mavic on their sled. Did you take any special precautions? How did you pack it? Keep batteries warm etc..?

After updating my Mavic, which went ok, I put in the second battery thinking it would need to be updated however when I start the app it says it is checking the firmware and then goes away as if everything is all good. Do I not also need to update my second battery and the controller this...

iPhone 7. The issue isn't the phone per se. It's that the iPhone doesn't like cold temperatures. As soon as it was warmed up back in the house it started up and the battery was at 75%. Temp outside was 0 Celsius at the time. The phone was in airplane mode as well. Sent from my iPhone using...
