    I tried to calibrate using auto calibration but got a message that it could not. Tried manual calibration but when I tap on the plus or minus on the app, does not respond. What is the best way to get it fixed? Send to DJI? Search for an authorized repair shop?

    I have the Air 2S. Crashed it using follow me through trail with trees. Now the camera gimbal is on an angle, not level. Is there a way to reset so that the gimbal is level?

    Disregard. Drone firmware updated and now operates left and right.

    When I move the right stick left or right on my controller my AIR2S does not respond. Drone is pretty new, have very little flight time. Any ideas on where I can start diagnosing the issue?

    How do you handle people who tell you you're not allowed to fly your drone, when you know it's allowed?

    You may want to try the Socratic approach, ask probing questions to get to their underlying beliefs or concerns. For example, you might ask them, politely, can you share with me where it says I cannot fly in this area?
