All the technical limitations are in the manual, I believe its 22mph max wind speed. Bear in mind windspeed at ground level may not be the same at altitude. I use UAV forecast which gives speeds at different altitudes.

I'd suggest also that your record frame rate may be too low, I would never go less than around 50fps as the video will start to look strobed.

This is probably import duty due to Brexit. We've had to pay a similar tax on shipments from China last year. I would say take it up with DJI if you think the taxes are Paid, I guess there could be quite a few errors as business settle into the new systems.

UAV Forecast App allows you to put the max wind speed specification in from your aircraft (check your manual), it will quite simply tell you if its safe to fly or not Red or Green, plus a weekly forecast. EG MP2 22 mph anything more don't fly !
