It's definetly in the drone and not the playback sowtware. I use Hitfilm 4 Express to edit, and there the jerking still occurs.

Ok i'll try that, but the phone is still charging, and after restarting the drone and the controller, it worked again

Ye Yep. I calibrated it before it's first flight but not before the one by the river. But i believe you shouldn't calibrate it every time you're flying.
