I got a test version of Pix4D. It is a great software and powerful. Very slow, but understandable: a lot of computing for matching and modeling.

i Just started playing with DJI GS Pro. It seems to be a very good software. I tried 3D mapping. I thought it will give me a 3D map in the app. But then realized that I will need another software to model the map with the photos drone took. Any comment on a free software I can try? Thanks.

A very beautiful day out there. So I made my first time lapse of the sun set. Here it is. I love it. Also I noticed that the drone wasn't very stable because you can tell the house is "moving" a little. Is this normal?

Just tested it today. You can start active tracking in either P mode or S mode. During the active tracking, switching from S to P or P to S with stop the active tracking, drone stays at where it is and you can stick control the drone.

I was playing with active tracking a couple of days ago. Tracking my son playing basketball. LOL I noticed that only way to quick the active tracking mode is to press the red X on the App screen. Moving the remote sticks won't stop the active tracking. right stick won't affect the drone. only...

I think everything was fine except the drone was too high LOL.

No problem. Same as your phone goes to 1% and out. they have over discharge cut off protection built in. I don’t think DJI would go around that to pump out more (Yes you could as those LiPOs I have used) to save the drone from free fall. Probably they should. But just fly it to 0% is totally OK.

Most of MM owners won’t come here to report “no problem”.:) Just by looking at those amazing videos and photos you will know how successful this product is.
