So to get around the message i need to launch outside then i can then sit back inside it? Or is it calibrates and its just a warning message?

For my mavic mini it tells me to calibrate every flight. Even during sometimes. To note, i did launch it from a convertible with roof down. I had an idea that i could stay warm and fly at the same time. However is it this that is the issue? I will brave the cold it it means i wont lose my bird.

Ive checked and i am on the outskirts of a Class D airspace. I guess does that mean even though its 249g, i will still have to contact the tower to request permission?
