I just purchased a CrystalSky 5.5 monitor on eBay to use with my Mavic 2 Pro for mapping. I have don endless google searches etc and have still not come up with an answer that works for this problem. I can't find any software that works for mapping missions with the CrystalSky and the Mavic 2...
I want to use the above combination for mapping as explained on some YouTube videos.
But when I go through the menus and reach the point to outline a mapping area there is no map. Just black.
When I’m using regular Go app the map is there. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
I'm trying this question on this forum because we couldn't get an answer in RC PRO forum. When I'm shoot images with the Mavic 3 those images don't get transferred to the RC PRO as they are shot.
Frustrating because if you are shooting for a client, or just want to make sure you got the shot...
I am also new to the Mavic 3 and RC PRO and have the same issue. I can't get the images to go from the drone to the RC Pro as I take them! Very frustrating. Like you I have used a Mavic Pro and Mavic 2 Pro without this hassle.
This might be a very basic question but can't find the answer. When I take an image with the Mavic 3 how do I get that image to automatically go to the DJI RC PRO? Is there a setting I need to turn on? Thanks in advance.
My first question is how do I download .txt files from the DJI RC PRO I was using?
The drone was doing a "point of view" around a boat when it announced "critical low battery" and landed in the ocean. I did not receive a low battery warning prior to this warning. Any thoughts. Thanks in advance.
I was flying my Mavic 3 today and without any other warning I got a “critical low” battery warning and it immediately landed. I didn’t receive any “low battery” warnings prior. I had no control over the drone and it immediately landed. Unfortunately in to the sea. Has anyone heard of this issue...
That is what I do. I use the USB plugin on bottom of RC and mini USB on bottom of CrystalSky. It has the same problem with three different and new cords. Nothing is plugged in anywhere else.
I might have solved the problem by turning off cache. We will see after a few flights.
Try using a cord with USB plugin on bottom of rc instead of port on left side with mini USB. And make sure nothing plugged into side mini USB port when you do this. I have had this issue on and off with side port but never with USB port at bottom of RC. I never use side mini USB port any more.
