    Virtual Gimbal Control ?

Honestly, you just shouldn't fly without a controller. Flying with only a phone is extremely difficult, and presents problems, such as the one you mentioned above. The drone and controller are so small, packing space should not pose a problem.

NORWAY fjord areas: Practicality of flying legally?

Don't quote me on this, but in my opinion, you should check out local websites and talk to local electronics dealers, (if there are any), and see what local regulations on this are. I have had experiences like this before where you are traveling to a country and the rules aren't quite clear, but...

Using Lumafusion on my iPad Pro to edit D-Log Mavic Pro 2 footage.

How did you add the LUTS to Lumi? I thought they were only for Premiere or other desktop-type video editing software.

    Hello from Boston

Hello, everybody. I'm a little late, as I've been posting for about a week or two now, so apologies. I fly an MP2, and am currently studying for my part 107 exam. Have fun flying!

Mavic Pro 2 for commercial use

And do you think the HQ mode would be best if I was shooting 4k? In my opinion it looks a little sharper then full FOV.

Mavic Pro 2 for commercial use

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone had any opinions on whether or not the Mavic pro 2 could be used for real estate photography. I recently purchased a MP2 as an upgrade from my P3P, and I wanted to try to use it to make a few bucks on the side, (after getting my 107 license of course,) and I...

    Help with DJI Refresh

The issue is, this is a new mavic that I bought. There have been no previous owners. I only added the Dji Refresh to an Dji Account that I myself no longer have access to. I was wondering if there was any way to switch the Refresh from one account to another?

Is "Time to Discharge" the intelligent Mavic 2 batteries "still a thing"?

Well, most major airlines recommend any batteries of any type to be either fully, or partially discharged while in transit, and the Dji Quote can be found in the User's Manual of both MP2 and MPZ Drones.

Is "Time to Discharge" the intelligent Mavic 2 batteries "still a thing"?

30% is what Dji suggests, so yes, you are right.

Is "Time to Discharge" the intelligent Mavic 2 batteries "still a thing"?

There is no "Requirement" by airlines, but it is HEAVILY suggested by both the airlines, and Dji.

Is "Time to Discharge" the intelligent Mavic 2 batteries "still a thing"?

You can either allow the batteries to discharge themselves automatically, (the process starts after 10 days of the batteries being unused, and takes 3-4 days to complete,) or you could manually discharge the batteries by hovering your drone in a backyard / parking lot until they get low enough...

Has anyone tried downhill descent with the Mavic 2?

If you are riding with a partner, you could also sit in the back, and pilot the drone manually from their while your partner drives.

    Help with DJI Refresh

I hope this is the right place to post this, (as I feel like it's "off-topic,") but here goes: I recently purchased Dji Refresh for my MP2, but on accident, checked out while logged in on a email I no longer have access to. The Refresh is now linked to my Drone's SN, but if I was ever to have a...

Has anyone tried downhill descent with the Mavic 2?

I have tried it skiing down slopes with about a 45-degree incline, works pretty well! It got a little high sometimes but always came back down by itself.
