THERE ARE THREE LADDERS!!

I have had this problem before, but the only thing different was that my drone didn't collide with anyone... I don't know why it did this. When this happened to me, I knew that flipping it over would shut it down, so I did that, but oddly enough, it didn't shut down... I had to do something...

I clean my drone after EVERY flight, and use the cloth that is used to lean dirty reading glasses. I think that you shouldn't use liquids as they might damage the drone but I could be wrong

I use DJI Assistant 2 for upgrading and downgrading firmware

Wow, that's pretty cool. When fishing, I just use my drone camera to spot the fish and cast out in that direction.

Okay, update... I have downloaded the DJI Fly app from DJI, and no luck. I think I'll order a new cable, and see if that works. Thank you guys for the suggestions. Happy flying :)

Me too. Delete what pics or vids I don't want from the SD card, and move them into my photography file that I save all of my photography on to then be edited in Adobe Lightroom, or Adobe Premiere Pro

Unfortunately I do not know of anyone with a high quality cable, but I'll have a look on eBay or Amazon or something. Fingers crossed. Thanks again Happy flying :)

According to the DJI Fly app which I downloaded from Play Store (I'll delete the app, and download it from the DJI app) everything is up to date. I checked this when the error started, but just forget to mention it above. Thanks for your replies, I'll keep you updated
