No like, some no fly zones are from football games. When you download hover you can click on the no/fly zones and check wich one is wich one.

Its okay to be a bit scared to fly again. I had the same problem with my P3S when it was suddenly flying away... just what you said, you should fly around in an open area to have that trust in you’re aircraft again.!

I Almost everyday I get a message from the NFZ to update. So as you mentioned, you haven’t connected to the Internet much.. so probably you will get a couple of updates and hopefully it’ll go away.!

To enjoy you’re drone optimally you should consider a phone with a high GPU. My old phone (iPhone 6) had a bad GPU. It interfered with my drone and the phone couldn’t handle the image transmission. Do you should look for that. Now I have a iPhone 8 and its working perfectly!
