Was the car a convertible or closed? Windows open or closed? How close were you to the drone. I have wanted to do this but was concerned about the structure of the car blocking the signal.

Hi all... Using Mavic Pro, DJI Go 4 app I want to take photos while videoing at the same time. I have not been able to figure out if it can be done. So far I can either take a photo, OR shoot video, but not both at the same time. I'd like to be able to video my entire flight and take photos...

Tried resetting to factory settings and that kept failing. Just got off chat with DJI Support. "Send it back" they said. I must say the response via Facebook chat was excellent. Fast and on the money. I'm impressed.

I have searched previous threads but no answers to address what I am experiencing. Mavic Air is now less than one week old, it self connected fine out of the box and I flew it briefly on two occasions. Now the RC will no longer connect with the drone. Updated firmware(s). Removed then...
