I’m trying Lightworks. It’s also available in a free version and has numerous tutorials online. It seems like it is quite capable of semi professional editing results. I was having a difficult time adding transitions etc. and found a way to use proxies for editing which helps immensely.

I started using Davinci Resolve and found a lot of tutorials available on YouTube. Unfortunately my computer wasn’t up to the task and was glitchy.

No I didn't get the DJI care. I made the decision to ship directly back to DJI before even joining this forum. I didn't know of repair options such as your company. Hindsight is 20/20.
