Did you try re-formatting the card in the drone instead? I seriously doubt it is the drone and most likely a Mac issue. You may see if you can read the card in a PC if you have access to one.

I only shoot RAW and post process in Light room or Photoshop. You have so much more control and can get the results you want without a bunch of effort. As long as you don't over expose, you can tweak until it looks the way you want it to.
It's just a poor design in my opinion. The screws are just too small and the tiny heads make them hard to properly tighten. They are also really easy to strip if you are not careful.

Dale, I think 2 seconds is too short. My advice is to cull the amount of images down to only the best ones. I think 5 seconds is the shortest I would go personally.
