I have 2 different Mavic 2 Pro's, which I recently had one replaced under Refresh Care Plus due to a crash. The replacement I received appears to be new in box with a manufacturer date of May 19th, 2020. However, it has a noisy fan moreso than the others which I have observed using my OCD...
I have 2 Mavic 2 Pro's and they both show warm to hot motors, the front ones being hotter than the rear. It's wierd in that they do not always get warm or hot even on 95 degree days but do on other 95 degree days My observation is it happens more on humid days and when flying with more lift...
I would like to know which datalink it refers to, as it is my understanding there is more than one of them.
Strange that at 0% or even 4% that i was able to still control the aircraft.

I am a bit on edge, having just purchased my SECOND Mavic 2 Pro in 2 months. :(. I am still looking for my first one in a heavy wooded area. I was loosing sleep so I bit the bullet (again). Not that it help all the pain having another, I still think of the lone bird...
Out of curiosity, I held the powered gimbal with my fingers. After 3 seconds it went into limp mode and stays in limp mode until it detects free movement. Nice!
I see, perhaps the gimbal lock on the Mavic Pro 2, even though it looks different, does not damage? Out of curiosity, I held the gimbal on the Mavic 2 pro and it times out after 3 seconds, going into limp mode.
Seems there is great confusion on this subject. The official DJI store, mentions the cover can be used in flight.

Seems there is great confusion on this subject. I read one post where an OP claimed leaving it on damaged the gimbal and then was denied warranty. The response given from DJI was quite concerning.
Yet on the DJI store the cover mentions it can be used in flight...
