I had a phantom 2,then the mavic. Did a bit of commercial work with them. Can’t say a bad thing about either of them. Sold my mavic today to get an fpv race quad. I’m a broken skydiver so I need something a lot faster lol. Chow for now. I’m sure I’ll be into another dji one day.

Nope never even looked at it. 50 flights no problem.

10/10 for me. Although there is something I miss about my p2. It always seemed a bit sketchy and kept me on my toes more. The mavic is just so easy. And surprisingly does really well in the wind.

I’ve forgot the sd cards before.

I don’t see my iPhone 7 for 47 flights. Just tried my iPad Air. What a difference. If I’m not hiking it then I will use the iPad on a tripod. I sit while I fly anyway due to a back injury.

I flew my phantom 2 a lot in the cold. Only problem noticed was the rubber isolators on the gimbal would get super hard and I had jello on the video.

I just sat in a chair with it in my lap. I have a buggered back at the moment. But I am going to make a mount out of pvc for my iPad. One that I can mount in my truck or a tripod.

I’ve used my iPhone for 47 flights, just tried my iPad Air. Holy crap what a difference! I will be using my iPad from now on. I’m no longer squinting at my phone. I went farther, enjoyed it more too. Going to make a mount for a tripod now. Can’t believe the difference.

Genius! I’m going to do this for sure!

And my back flared up. Wife called 911 because I couldn’t move. I had to stay home while my wife and son go to Mexico. Oh well I’m well medicated.

Sounds like a good idea... just like checking fuel level in a motorbike gas tank with a lighter.
