I don't get the alarm about this; as far as UAS are concerned, there's always been a flight restriction over the DC area. This looks like it just updates the airspeed restrictions for manned aircraft. What am I missing?

I'll second Rupprecht's practice test. I did my first practice test a month ago and got 50%. Then, I studied using the free resources on his site, and got my second practice test up to 73%. Today, I took the exam and passed with 88%.

Definitely download B4UFly and/or Kittyhawk, and check them out before you launch.
