Not sure as to your question, however I'd recommend just saving the original files and compiling it yourself so you can produce a higher resolution video (4k)

I'm not speaking strictly legally, I'm speaking realistically. I drive 5 miles per hour over the speed limit almost every day, I'm breaking the law but there is a cushion that most will accept. My question is how far on average do most of you fly your drone away from you?

Just an FYI if you were looking to update your Pixel phone (or other phone?) to the latest Android Q version 10 beta 3, the app crashes every time. This might save you some time from upgrading then downgrading your device.
