  • Ya apparently they need to come out with a update (a fix) that will work. DJI is a pretty good company but, there support and lack of communication skills lack a bit. time will tell. It cracks me up they want the customer to spend hours trouble shooting a problem, when their techs can't fix the problem.
    Gerry65 supposedly here is the phone number to DJI Service Department in Texas. 972- 350-6825, a friend of mine did some research and came up with this number. I have not tried it as of yet as they still have my CrystalSky. Doesn't hurt to try it.

    Thanks for that TW. I've just been reading all the others' posts of issues like this and disconnects. I'm just gonna hang and hope for an update and see what your results are before calling anyone and going through a 2 hour trouble-shooting session. Still can't believe they sent mine back w/o repairing. Gonna fly today and see if the newer flight maps will play correctly.
