Why would it be broadcasting its homepoint? That is not necessary at all for a flight operation. The only reason I can think of would be for tracking and surveillance and that seems unlikely that DJ I would have programmed it to do that.

Just flew today using the DJI app with the Litchi app installed on Android. It is very important that only one be running at a time. If you start one, it is not enough to simply exit the app before launching the other. You need to force quit the first one you launched in order to avoid a conflict.

The main reason I want the 107 is for a few flights which would violate the hobby rules. At a minimum I am definitely more comfortable now that I understand the different types of airspace and can read that information from the charts.

Thanks for the info. I've been taking the kingschools.com practice tests and I consistently score in the low to mid 90s. The part that worried me the most early on was the charts even though I was getting them right. I went and found info on reading them so now I feel like that is the easy part...

Are you inside? I found the proximity sensors often stop me from moving when indoors unless I turn off obstacle avoidance.

There may be some questionable 3rd party propellers out there, but Master Airscrew is unlikely to be making them. I've been using their props for over 20 years now and they make a very solid, high quality product. This is their business. They don't make a bunch of random things.

For a while I was using a Galaxy S7. Used ones in good condition are easy to find on ebay. I now use a newer phone (Mate 20 Pro), but I also sometimes use the Nvidia Shield which has a nice big screen and works great with the DJI app as well as with Litchi.
