Tello , or Mini... what to choose?
Get the Tello for indoor use, and also get the Mini since you can pilot it in the rain and snow and all will be well! I don’t solely recommend it but I’ve flown my mini in the snow and it worked /flew perfectly! The Tello and I have had a lot of fun but that 720p video gets to me sometimes... -
Got some nice winter footage.
The Jello effect is due to the gimbal motor being frozen, after the quad has warmed up some it should relieve your drone of the jellos -

Go out doors to a location not near too much metal. And complete the calibration.
