I normally use pano mode and then stitch the raw photos in photoshop using photomerge. The last two times I have tried it keeps the 9th photo (using horizontal pano) separate and in the upper left hand corner, as if it can't stitch it. I tried re doing some panos I took right before the new...
Didn't get hassled. Definitely some very interested onlookers though. I tried to pick my spots as best as I could to try not to attract too much attention.
Just got back. Didn't have any issues, but my bag wasn't inspected by customs other than going through the x ray scanner. Not sure if this helped avoid raising suspicion but I took the RC and put it in a separate bag and put my digital camera in with the drone hoping that whoever was looking...

Im going to Ecuador in two weeks, flying into Guayaquil. For those who have brought their Mavic, do you recommend putting it in a checked bag or carry on? I'm worried about it being damaged in a checked bag. Thought about putting the props and batteries in a checked bag and keeping the drone...
Anyone experiencing anything similar to the original post? Still happening, the horizon is choppy and has large grey blurred areas. Can't figure it out, could it be gimbal settings?
I just got the Magic Pro and have been trying out the pano modes. The Vertical works fine but in the 180 and Horizontal modes the stitching is very poor, especially on the horizon, it' very choppy. Does anyone have any tips on how to take successful horizontal panoramic shots?
