So it’s safe to say that the MP2 & M2Z are now both compatible with the Espon BT-300? Will these also work with the Epson Soar App as well or just DJI Go 4???
I guess it does really depend how good the MP3 is when it comes out. If they go pro-sumer and raise the price significantly the MP2 & M2Z will likely hold their price.
Going by your current knowledge how DJI drones depreciate in price over the years. Do you think it’s safe to say that used M2P & M2Z will down to $700 by next spring?
Just remember that DJIs website is not that same as FAA authorization. In fact you are suppose to submit the FAA approval document to get the area unlocked but most don’t do that.
Unless improved battery tech becomes available to DJI during their design and engineering phase of a new model production, it would seem any new and differentiating features (other than minor camera/sensor improvements) would require a 5th or 6th cell going forward. This would come at increasing...
I wonder if the bump in performance and flight time with the 4-cells has come at reducing reliability. Things can and do happen like this. It’s never planned but sometimes real world use puts more of a strain on particular components than in-house pre-production testing revealed.
Could the...
My opinion on this topic mostly just pertains to the USA. Currently all the venture capital is pouring into enterprise and military uses of small drones at the moment. There seems to be little excitement around the lack of profitability in the consumer drone market because of all the innovations...
M2zoom has superior connection/transmission, better camera, longer flight time and is quieter than the MA1.
MA1 has a smaller form factor thats better for transporting if bulk is a concern. It’s a blast to fly and is very responsive and easier to fly in tight spots. I have often seen the MA1...
Just my opinion about the future of drones.
I would expect over the next decade the fracturing will occur something like this. Manually operated drones like Mavics will eventually become so advanced with their imaging tech that they be moved to a more enterprise-like class.
Class 1...
As long as nobody was hurt and there was no property damage they likely have more important matters to be worried about. Just don’t press your luck next time. It’s not that hard to get authorization via FAA.
Manufacturing and supply chains can be a tricky biz. Some decisions (while appearing minor) can often mean the difference between long term reliability and a glitch-prone disaster. Even certain monthly manufacturing batches can be more reliable than others because a supplier cheapened a...
