Even if its a seaplane airport? But my question is with no one there can i legaly fly today?

If the airport is only open m-f am i safe to fly on weekends any help would be great. I live near an airport and 3 helipads. 1 of the helipads i was able to contact. The airport was closed on weekends. And other two helipads are not reachable

So im very new to this as a recreational pilot and letting airports and helipads around me know im flying. Running into an issue though as i mainly will be flying near my home on weekends. I had to notify 4 places of which only one i was able to reach. 1 airport 3 helipads. One helipad was...
