New pilot from oregon

So im very new to this as a recreational pilot and letting airports and helipads around me know im flying. Running into an issue though as i mainly will be flying near my home on weekends. I had to notify 4 places of which only one i was able to reach. 1 airport 3 helipads. One helipad was reachable others were closed or didnt have a reachable number. If the airport is only open m-f am i safe to fly on weekends any help would be great
