I was just wondering, because I used to have this mini toy drone and whenever I fly it over a cliff, it lost its balance and crashed.
I’m not actually going to takeoff my drone at a 300ft building. I was just overstating to make a good example. Thanks all for replying :)
I’m not 100% sure, but if you have if the RC signal is not lost when you RTH, switching to Sports Mode and manually coming back might help since it gives the rotor more power.
I guess my English had some error.. You’re staying at the top floor of the building and you control the drone to go out from the building, which will make sudden altitude change from 10ft to 310ft. Will it make the drone cause any weird moves?
I know M2P is very good at flying under heavy gust. But let’s say you go through a sudden 50knot gust. Will it cause the drone to flip and crash? What will be the limit that the drone ‘dont’ flip and crash with caused by wind or sudden gust?
Question is simple. If I takeoff my mavic at a high building and move out of the building, will it cause crash of a drone? Let’s say the building is 300feet tall. I takeoff my drone at a top floor and fly at about 10feet. And then I just get out from the building which will now be 310feet high...

I’m a newbie drone pilot who used to take aviation photographs.
I really enjoy the quality performance of the Mavic Air. However, the range is not satisfying at all. The official spec says it can go up to 4km. Mine loses connection when it goes 1000m far. With the Signal extender! I tried 2.4G...
