It is re assuring to know that this is a common fault, I am sure it is connected with the sd card somehow. I have had minor wobbles when I exceed the max file size, and sometimes a new file is not created, and filming stops. But the event in my original post was much more extreme.

I use mine for video, and slow is best. Only used sport once or twice just to test it.

Personally I use Premiere, and Photoshop, however Da Vinci has an excellent free version that will also process 4K. Premiere is expensive, and may well be overkill, depends on the nature of the OP business requirements. Processing and rendering 4k requires a high spec PC/Mac

You can put the quieter props on the Mavic pro, they are noticeably quieter, but the Platinum has different ESC's which are even quieter. Personally for the slightly longer flight times, I would not bother, the pro is more than good enough.
