Can I leave my batteries in 2-way hub if they are all at 50%?

Everything with a micro-processor does.. Even a tiny amount, its still measureable... And the problem is that beacuse its drawing current just keeping the internal electronics awake, it could keep going until the battery is totally flat (unless the battery can sence the total discharge and go...

Can I leave my batteries in 2-way hub if they are all at 50%?

I don't think there would be a problem. IF they already have a "storage charge" the auto-discharge feature is not really relevant. That said, the dock put a TINY draw on the batteries.. So if they are left in for an extended time (I am thinking months) there is a chance they could totally...

If Mini 2 SDK support isn't released soon, it may be too late to matter

What does "support plan for Mini 2" mean? Does this mean they have a roadmap/timeline for this?

If Mini 2 SDK support isn't released soon, it may be too late to matter

I read yesterday that DJI have confirmed on Githib that there are no plans for An SDK for the Mini2 or Air2S https://github.com/dji-sdk/Mobile-SDK-iOS/issues/456

Storing the batteries in the Hub or Drone? Maybe not

I concur.. I have a stock of LiPos for various Quads, Planes and Cars and they are all swollen and/or won't provide a full charge. This is all happened because I am a bit spontanious with my hobbies and like to decide what to do on the fly.. So I always kept my batteries charged, just incase I...

Storing the batteries in the Hub or Drone? Maybe not

As many of us have different experiences here.. Could this have anyhting to do with the firmware in the batteries? My Mini2 is brand new, but had an early manufacturing date (As I got a damaged box model with significant discount).. And I have never seen the battery firmware update. Where as...

    Battery Discharge

I do agree with you.. Although they should "know" when they are installed in the hub or drone, as there is a TINY amount of current draw.. There isn't a physical power switch on these devices, so they are always in "standby" taking some current. The issue is that your experience differs from...

    Battery Discharge

I still don't think we (or even DJI) understand how this works. All i know is that I had all 3 batteries in my hub for several weeks as I havn't flown for a while, and they are all still showing 4 LEDs.. At first I was checking them regularly and I get this resets the timer.. But then I left...

    Battery Discharge

The whole point of this discussion is the fact that this i NOT whats happening.. It seems (confirmed by DJI) that the discharge logic doesn't kick in if the battery is in the Charger or Drone.. You have to take them out for them to self discharge. If you leave them in the charger or in the...

Are there any discharging options for the Mini2 batteries?

Discussion here https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=238895&extra=page%3D1%26filter%3Dtypeid%26typeid%3D766%26typeid%3D766 Noone seems to be able to confirm any evidence of any kind of auto discharge? I personally have not seen any of my batteries discharge in the last few weeks...

Mini 2 drivers for the remote controller - Windows 10

DJI have stated several times in this thread that they have no plans to add Mini2 Controller support into the Simulator... Simul But they are under pressure to review their stance.

    Using camera while RTH

You have totally missed my point.. I don't mean the joystick are PHYSICALLY locked.. But the function.. Like the right stick is during RTH.. You can move it but it does nothing.. That what I mean by "locked"... During RTH you need to be sure that the altitude is fixed.. Or atleast it can't go...

    Using camera while RTH

I agree.. I am not sure if i missed something in his video, but I don't think he actually explained how he controlled the height. I would like to think the height is locked to the defined "RTH Altitude" and it will NOT go below that... After all, If the left stick still controlls the altitude...

    Using camera while RTH

I want to know how he changes the height... is it done with the left stick as normal? Or is he using the RTH Altitude slider to do it, I hope you cant do it with the left stick or this could be a bit dangerous as i would hope the RTH altitude was locked.

Flying with a 4:3 photo crop

I wouldn't say it "fills" the screen (unless your phone has a 4:3 ratio screen)... It shrinks the image to fit, leaving black bars on the sides. There is no doubt that you get more of the image at the top and bottom shown.. But the overall experience is that you have a smaller image on your...
