Yes I use up one refresh.....and I had issues with the way the Tech worded it....when we went through all the test to see that it failed..he said I see you have refresh....so you gonna have to send it in.......not thinking it was gonna cost me a refresh...I thought since seeing it was failing...

I had the same problem……500 feet away and dropping signal…..even 300 ft directly overhead…..finally even after the firmware update it got a little better i thought then one day……it just disconnected the pairing from the RC and could not connect again…I was online and on the phone with the DJI...

I have on two occasions and it definitely helped and actually people were nice as I was flying near a busy roadway it helped them being aware. This might be a stretch but thought also of getting a hard hat :) .

It’s a one time charge.

1st timer with a pre-owned Mavic Pro. It was a great deal and I figured a way to get introduced to the DJI world and by the time I get a grip on this I‘ll be ready to upgrade to something with better optics. Any pointers are gladly welcomed. Konrad
