Thanks. Alan's list looks great. Definitely more in depth than mine. Although, I think this is the best advice: The first thing on my list right before taking off is "Inhale" and as soon as the Mavic lands "Exhale".

This option won't appeal to everyone, but if you don't mind buying direct from China then Aliexpress and Alibaba are options. Alibaba is how I got my Tello three weeks ago. I'd advise anyone that is considering one of these options to do your due diligence when researching these websites before...

Hey Ashley, I wrote a hands on review for the Tello. You can check it out on the website in my "signature" if interested! Here's a few up close pics of the Tello and pics/vid taken by the Tello. The video was taken while hovering in approx. 5 mph winds.

Definitely a good way to keep people engaged. I personally would have been a lot more inclined to get into coding if the Tello had been around back in my school days [emoji1303].

Alibaba.com They started selling the Tello on there a couple of weeks ago. I did have to pay extra though, but I justified it for the review I wrote on the blog about it ;)

Excellent post. An applicable suburban range test is a refreshing change to the “let’s see how far this Mavic Air can fly out here in the salt flats” like videos that have been popping up on YouTube.
