Hi DaveS, Do you use a video editor? Excellent footage and background music, too and very cinematic. The reason I ask if you use a video editor because some of the transition seems to be abrupt but you did a fantastic effort.

Air 2 - I recorded this last video clip before sending the drone and the RC controller to DJI to investigate why it lost the Zoom Function. DJI found the camera could not save the firmware update(s) and had to replace it free of charge because the DJI Refresh plus covers it.

Mavic Air 2 - three months ago, I updated my drone to the latest firmware update and lost the Zoom Function since then. I called DJI Support, and we did all sorts of actions, including using DJI Assistant 2 to update the drone and RC controller, to the latest firmware but to no avail...

If you're not an experienced technician, I suggest raising the issue with DJI before you can complicate the issue even more. If you have a DJI Care Refresh, DJI will look at the issue(s) professionally for free if you've not exhausted the free(replacement and service) that come with the insurance.

If you have a DJI Refresh Care, it is better to send them back the drone and RC to examine the components physically. I had an issue with a lost Zoom Function, and DJI Tech Support could not resolve the problem. Then I was advised to send back the drone and the RC. I was given a "Return Label"...
