It takes about 7 days for things to go through. I just experienced the same thing. It is a complete cliff hanger for a solid week. I ended up sending 4 items.
A few times. I also printed it out in a half sheet binder. An hour of reading is nothing compared to the minimum 2 weeks for a repair. As mentioned above a lot of issues could be avoided by reading the thing.
Not sure about others, but mine did come with a complete manual. It is tiny as heck...

As a S7 user I do not fly DJI Go with it as it crashes all the time dispute all the "fixes". I use litchi. But if I had the tab I would use SKI Go.
Verify home location.

First mavic bought in feb 2017 was flawless. I crashed it and got a refresh (new says DJI) and had the gimbel issue in dec of 2017.
If portability is not an issue the. Go with a phanton.

After doing mine I would think that it's a update on Android with go4 already installed issue. I always go airplane mode and close all apps. It's part of my check list. I will keep you guys posted. But for now.

So I found a YouTube channel called test flight. They seem to be pretty legit and operate out of canton. If I ever find any time I will hit them up and see where they fly and or maybe want to join in. I am thinking breakfast and flights maybe.
