what wind speed is safe to fly my mavic air 2??

I haven't flown my drone for a couple months, yesterday I loaded the updated firmware on my Mavic air 2 .. now it won't go side ways and a notification "SD card slow" anybody had these problems?

I bought my Mavic air 2 at amazon .. refresh was not available (and still is not) had a minor crash... sent it to DJI for repair.. repaired it immediately for $96... they offered me the refresh package for $79 with 2 replacements a year $69 first and $99 second so I'm wondering...

I tried my IPAD 4 with my Mavic Air2... it woks fine but takes a little pause focusing at times

I tried to remove the motor arm shown but doesn't seem to come all the way off. Amazon put me in touch with DJI support and they want me to send it in for repair. Anybody had experience with DJI's repair service? How slow and expensive are they? Are they good?

I sometimes get a red rectangle with a diagonal line through it on the iphone/screen lower center ... whats that mean... only had the drone a week still learning... couldn't find this one in the manual
