It is unlikely they would pursue it technically they could.
Lots of online choices to help study. Everything you need to learn can be downloaded or found on FAA.gov
No piratical skills flying test. They want to get you into the system run your TSA background check, and ensure you have the...
Last thing first.
If you sell photos taken with a drone that is commercial use.
1. Knowledge is always good so if you don't mind studying/learning the regulations to take the Part 107 test, and spending the $150 to take it then yes get your 107.

What is the problem you are having with LAANC/Airmap?
Are your airports private controlled and not on LAANC yet?
I'm a real state photographer as well. I'm in Las Vegas NV, with a military airport and 3 civilian airports in the valley it is a fairly complicated airspace.

Sorry for your loss. I hope you figure out what what happened.
I always fly with my float kit over water.
They have helped me recover my Mavic Pro, and my Mavic 2 Pro, both of which are still flying today.

Are you sure? I find that if I log into litchi on my IOS device and open a mission I created on my computer that it stays on my device and I can open it later on even if I don’t have cell service or WiFi no 3rd part app required.

Last time I did any auto flight through 3rd party app I used Litchi because I like planning my flights on the computer.
Unfortunately Litchi doesn’t have anything like airspace that I am aware of.
I’m sorry I’m no help.
