Do we know if DCAA licence is still required? Based on this article it seems that GCAA registration is sufficient for UAE residents.

Based on what’s quoted in this document, I will need to pass an aeronautical knowledge test, to be legal. However, subsection g mentions that this test is currently not available and shall be made available in the next 6 months. Does this mean I’m good to go for now?
