Hey there,
You cannot fly any drones in Lebanon, unless in remote areas where no one will see you.
The only legal way to do it, is by applying for a permit, and its not easy to get it.
Best you stick to flying it in the mountains, or from a rooftop in Beirut where no one will spot you.
Laws are lenient about the drones, however the army will likely shoot it down if they spot a drone flying around Beirut.
