Yes of course it is, the axis is responsible for the movement of your gimbal and the initialization when turning it on, what you call the "dance". You should directly contact DJi and explain your problem to them. They might help you better than us and redirect you to their agent in the region.

This picture seems a bit too blurry. Care to show us the underside of the gimbal? It might have snapped off of one of the axis. Also, are there any stores in Mozambique that offer repair services for such things? They might be a good place to look. Have a nice day, hope you fix your problem
