I'm sure you probably figured this out by now and I was wondering the same thing. It has 8 bit. Only the mavic 2 pro has 10 bit and everything else has 8.

I have done this before and it seems to work well. I put all the photos in lightroom to put together and then Adobe premiere to do warp stabilization. The hyperlapse comes out pretty good. Theres alot of other videos as well.
