Does the drone use almanach data downloaded via phone's internet? I didn't see cold GPS start even after 1-2 months of non-usage. Never took me more than 1-2 minutes to get GPS lock (and I remember many years ago when GPS receivers started to be common that many times I had to wait 10+ minutes...

It usually takes few days for Apple/Google to approve updates for applications in their App Stores, so that's why the app is available from DJI's website sooner. Also at least for the popular apps, Apple/Google won't offer automatic update for everybody at the same time to avoid overloading...

Does the MM/MM2 change channel or band (2.4/5 GHz) even during flight? Or it just chooses the best channel before takeoff and you need to "live" with it for the whole flight?
