I just flew it again now, still not showing the green line spinning around my home point. So annoying because I don’t know line of sight. I’ll download the compass app now and see if it fixes it.

I calibrated it’s so many times so I gave up and just am started updating all the firmware on the RC and app. Doesn’t work. I just my iPhone for Google maps GPS when driving and all is fine. It’s just so odd that this randomly changed. It’s annoying

It’s the iPhone X. The location services are enabled. It does not spin around anymore, but it does show the accurate location of the Rc and I can follow the green line home but hard to tell where the location is. I’ve never had this problem in 3 years and I do not recall any changes to settings.

My advice is to never fly at low altitude on sport mode especially only 4m height with 400m distance is INSANE in my opinion. You have to give the quad some room to compensate for altitude changes. The farther you fly away, the higher your drone should be. Good luck with your new drone.

This used to be a serious problem with the p3. DJI addressed this issue by recommending a full charge before every fight in order to keep the power cells healthy. In order words, one battery means one flight. Now with the Mavic, I think DJI fixed this issue. I had 4 flights with one battery...

I noticed just now that when all my other apps are shut down. The radar direction is fine. Although something the homepoint goes from it's 6 o'clock position to 3 o'clock then it confuses me again but it's getting better. I'll keep trying. I never used litchi, in used to using FPV camera app...

Yeah that confused me too. Ok well I'll go ahead and try this again during the daytime and see if it makes a difference
