Did you happen to fix your drone? Crashed my mavic pro over the weekend. Ripped video transmission cable, ribbon, and vibration plate. I ordered a kit from aliexpress and its coming mid june.

I hope so, its such a fun drone. Ordered parts from Aliexpress and waiting for the toolkit to arrive this week from Amazon so I can open it up.

Does it matter if its built from august of 2017? i heard that they started building better gimbals in august 2017? none of the target near me carries new mavic pro, so it would be a pain to try to swap back and forth for the same quality? did the mavic pro acquire any new recent hardware updates?

will the magnetic cables cause a problem for future computer uses ?

i have a gimbal calibration failure issue and might have to send it to dji. I dont know if they will send me a refurbished unit with a different serial #, if they do, wouldnt my previous faa registration be useless? or is it transferable?

i dont plan on putting my serial # when i register on FAA. am i suppose to for the mavic pro? or can i get away with it?

im still debating on state farm or dji refresh (im past the 48hrs window). If i had bought my unit brand new for a sale price and crashed it, would state farm reimburse me the full retail price or the sale price that i bought it for?
