Hi all, I ended up getting a new drone from the store I originally bought my mavic mini, it turned out to be a hardwire issue, new drone is working perfectly and I’m now looking forward to using it, thx for all the advice for everyone it was appreciated

No haven’t done a hand launch at all, just from a flat surface thx for taking the time to look at the video and for offering assistance I’m sure it’s just a fault that’s out of my control

I can also move it easily with my fingers and it points down no problem it just won’t do it itself

I’ve seen that issues where being low to ground can cause debris to become trapped which will obstruct the camera, unfortunately I haven’t had my maiden voyage yet I noticed the issue when starting it up, I did the configuration aswell and still no joy, I’m hoping it’s a sensor issue or a ribbon...

Unfortunately yes, I’m suspecting it may be damaged that’s the only thing that it can be. I’ll just have to replace it I think

Hi all, I’ve calibrated my mavic mini, restarted it several times, I can manually move the camera with my fingers however when I power it on and it goes through the motions it won’t point down I’m out of ideas anyone got any suggestions I’ve only had it a day and have yet to fly it

I’ve uploaded the link for the video you can see upon start up it won’t view down, I’ve calibrated it, tried blowing it, I only had it a day and haven’t flown it yet

I recorded a video showing exactly how it acts upon commencing start up but it won’t upload on this site unfortunately

It does an automatic wiggle when it’s starts on but doesn’t point down for some reason, I’m thinking it might actually be a faulty one unfortunately
