I prefer to use 16gb to 32gb cards and swap out with each battery change. That way all your footage isn’t on one card should something go wrong.

A bit of both. I’ve been very happy with Sandisk, and their products are usually highly rated and reliable. I agree that the Samsung would probably be a good option as well, but I’m a fan of having multiple smaller cards instead of large ones. I don’t like putting all my footage in one basket...

I agree. With the larger sensor and a little extra work in post, you should be able to do anything the zoom could do with the pro.

Nope, it’s been flawless so far. I got it with CC points and had they had the SSD version, I probably would have gone for that. It can take some time to copy depending on how much and how big the files are, but I highly recommend one. It can also double as a power bank in a pinch.
