That's actually not a bad idea, the only problem is that it would adjust your RTH to that place, so I hope you can pick it up there once it should trigger haha.

I just checked that thread and their explanation of the logs, auch lol very scary stuff. Appears to be the downward facing sensors telling the drone it's close to the ground.
