ok. thanks. thats' a relief. i was afraid i would have to do that hassle all the time. i feel for those that have to do it everywhere they go in the big cities where there are lots of big airports.

Yeah for sure. I hope there isn't a bad connection or something. I never had these glitches show up before on other DJI drones I've flown.

I haven't noticed it on the videos or pictures. i noticed it during the live video feed. I haven't paid attention today when flying if it was still doing it. I've had a few firmware updates since having it. I don't know if a firmware update will correct it. I bought it used and no returns.

in this case it was in town and the ambulance took the person to the hospital where the helipad is and took the helicopter out. I forgot to pull up Flight Aware to see where the helicopter few too.

in the thread i started years ago, it is legal to fly over trains and railroads in the US except in Oregon and Texas it's illegal to fly over major RR yards and facilities. among other things.

yeah. there wasn't a place to for helo to land. the ambulance took them to the hospital and they flew in a helo from there as there a helipad there.
