It's not actually isolated. They form the tank by building up the earth on the south side on a creek. The initial wide angle shots you can see it better. The tank is still on the creek which occasionally gets water in a heavy storm. Apparently there are fish in the tank too-- my friend said...

Thanks! I got lucky with the guys driving on the soccer fields. They probably shouldn't have done that (bad for the field) but they were pulling their kids on sleds around which I'm sure was fun for them. Texans don't get a chance to play in the snow-- it was just fun to see everyone forget...
We don't get snow often in Austin, Texas. People around here got pretty excited with a decent amount of snowfall (3" in some places) last Sunday, January 10th, 2021.

I was actually using S mode and P mode- it was VERY windy that day, evident from the waves on the water's surface. It was hard getting smooth footage. But yes, I would have liked to have used C mode, thanks!
I think that's youtube doing that, choosing the proper resolution depending on your bandwidth.
Yeah, we hiked from Ned to the dam, was a beautiful day! If you look at the water, it was very windy! I was very worried about flying the drone, used Sport mode where I could.
Yes most of it is sped up. Most drone footage is sped up somewhat. Cinematic is more dealing with how smooth the movement is. But it's a matter of opinion.
