Made a dumb mistake: Flew without an SD card in the bird. I can't remember how to get the (I believe low res) images off either the bird or my Crystal Sky. Suggestion as to the right forum to find the answer. Thanks in advance.

Interesting. I just tried that, but placing my thumb forward (and to the left) of the stick, then just rotated the first knuckle towards the stick. Because the thumb isn't hovering at the top of the stick, cramping is not likely to occur. I'll take that technique for a spin on a flight soon...

Mavic 2 Pro. I've come to learn that, even in Tripod mode, the left joystick L/R that pans the aircraft (or the camera; not sure which) is still way way too fast for super slow smooth pans. Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of just this axis way down such that full travel of the joystick...

Can you get another drone and fly a pattern taking overlapping photos (software is out there)? Then analyze them to find the precise point.

Final report: DJI has come through for me. Received three new batteries today.They may have been acting out of fear of legal issues because batteries were involved, but no matter; I think they did the right thing.

Things might be looking up! After some back and forth with DJI, and submitting a video showing that the batteries power up the A/C, and showing the serial numbers of the batteries, they've asked me for my shipping address! Stay tuned.

If one adds checking the relative voltage level of the cells to their pre-takeoff check list, what guidance is there as to how far off once cell should be for a "go-no go" decision? I know it's always preferable to fly with fully charged batteries, but sometimes can't do so.
