    Hi Jon,
    Time of day is your best friend, go early or late and there's rarely people. A lot of parks seem to be putting restrictions on drones.
    Most the time if i just want a flight or to test some settings i'll drive out towards the countryside and find a public footpath/bridle way. A short walk along them normally puts you in the middle of some fields away from people and property.
