It’s either the cold or a lot of people received faulty units. I emailed DJI. They said do a gimbal calibration and if that doesn’t fix it to set up a repair.
Anyone else notice their video has some shake to it? I see it when theres any sort of movement.

my Best Buy order date disappeared from my status so I went in and attempted to do a pickup instead and a bunch of stores were avalible for pickup. Was able to successfully change to that but will see if it gets fulfilled.
I’m thinking they even oversold the preorders. Unless some how mine ships tonight and is delivered tomorrow. It’s still showing that I preordered for a delivery tomorrow.
Maybe it’s location dependent, a lot of people are getting notifications now. I still haven’t but am hoping since best buy has same day delivery in my area it’s still possible.
It has said that for the last couple of days. I ordered one from them Thursday and it still says preordered for Monday 11/11 delivery but hasn’t actually shipped. I’m guessing I’m not getting it Monday.
