Yep The Samsung Tab s7 works really well with the DJI Fly app. I use mine constanly but you will require a tablet holder along with a longer cable. I purchased a holder online from PGYTECH

It looks like your flying in sports mode. There are setting that help aliviate the rough turns and movement one of those is the use of cine mode. I'm sure with practice you'll perfect this. We all have to start somewhere. Good luck.

I've become accustomed to direct drive with use of thumbs, no sticks at all. Gives for a smoother control, movement is minimal and precise far superior to the use of sticks. Takes a little getting use to. When setting up, one less thing to worry about

That pretty much sums it up in its entity. Spend the extra and be done with it rather then somewhere down the track have some regrets. You neglected to add the quick transfer but majority of required attributes are already factored.
